Riders:

• Must provide accurate pickup/drop-off information.

• Treat drivers with respect and follow all app guidelines.

5. Payments

• Riders pay for rides via the app using approved payment methods.

• Drivers receive payments according to the platform rules, keeping 100% of their earnings.

• Epic Rides may charge fees for certain services as disclosed in the app.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

• Misrepresent your identity or use a fraudulent account.

• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software related to Epic Rides are owned by Epic Rides or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Epic Rides provides a platform to connect drivers and riders; we do not operate vehicles or guarantee ride availability.

• Epic Rides is not responsible for accidents, damages, or disputes arising from rides.

Epic Rides may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, illegal activities, or misuse of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Florida.
